  1. Waking up early is the key to ‘that girl’ routine. Do not force yourselves to wake up at 5 am if you are a late waker. Try to start waking up before 9 am.
  2. Start journaling. Write in your to-do tasks, daily notes, visualizations etc.
  3. Have your daily workouts either in the early morning or late evenings.
  4. Cook your own food. Include more greens and fruits. However, u can have cheat meals during weekends.

  9. Spend time with your family. Meditate, read a book or enjoy cool music while relaxing.
